The diffuser is amazing and fills my house with such nice smells. I really like how you can adjust the scent strength and set it to turn on and off when you want. Bikini purchase - good quality, fast delivery

The bikinis from this store are top-notch, eh? The material and design really impress me. But, I wouldn't suggest getting the accessories because they don't seem to hold up very well. Can you believe I got my order in just 7 to 10 working days? That's pretty quick, eh? And if you got any questions, their Instagram team is quick to respond, which is a bonus.

Seraphina sweater and Rehanne set

Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I'm really disappointed with my recent order from this store. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever shop here again. My Seraphina sweater was a total mess! The knitting was really bad, with lines and poor stitching all over. And don't even get me started on the Rehanne set! The buttons were so difficult to get through the buttonholes, like seriously! I'm afraid to even try because the material is so cheap. And on top of that, their return policy is ridiculous. You have to pay to send back their low-quality items!? It's just a waste of money. Everything is priced like Free People but feels like it's from Walmart. I'm so let down 😩.

Returned items delay refund

I gave back two things on April 7th and the company got them on April 10th. But I still haven't got my money back. Every time I talk to customer service, they keep asking for proof that I sent the items back. Then they tell me to wait until a specific date, and if I still don't have my refund, I have to talk to them again and do the same thing over. This is so annoying and not okay. There's no good communication or efficiency at all.

I've ordered collectible cards a bunch of times before and they've always been top-notch quality, no issues at all. But this last order was kinda crappy - the cards were flimsier and bent way easier than before. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, but they said the paper quality was all good and didn't really help me out or give me any more info.

So, last week I sent back a bunch of stuff to this company. Checked on Royal Mail and it showed they got it on September 10th. But, today is September 14th and still no word on whether they got my stuff or if I'm getting a refund. Tried calling but just got a message saying they're closed. Emailed and tried live chat too, but no luck there either. Starting to think maybe they're having some big IT problems causing the delay in getting back to me.
