Stickers turned into cardstock
I can't believe they're trying to blame me for their mistake. How was I supposed to know about the paper thickness? There wasn't even any mention of it on their website. The customer service rep offered a credit, but I'm not happy with their lack of integrity.

I ordered some postcards, but didn't use them right away, and then I noticed some streaks in the print. I tried to get a replacement, but it didn't work out. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service and their loyalty.
