TimingThe delivery dates they told me when I placed my order were not the same as what it showed at checkout. It made me feel like they were tricking me, which was frustrating. I thought I could pick standard shipping and get my event printouts on time, but that didn't happen. And the form I had to fill out was not easy to use. It didn't fill in my order number for me, so it was hard to finish the review. The date field on the form was also annoying and hard to work with.
