ComplaintsI can't believe they're trying to blame me for their mistake. How was I supposed to know about the paper thickness? There wasn't even any mention of it on their website. The customer service rep offered a credit, but I'm not happy with their lack of integrity.

ComplaintsOh man, that was such a nightmare! I tried to order some prints online and next thing I knew, my inbox was blowing up with way too many emails in no time. And to top it off, they randomly canceled my order, so I had to spend a whole hour on the phone with their terrible customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

ComplaintsI ordered some postcards, but didn't use them right away, and then I noticed some streaks in the print. I tried to get a replacement, but it didn't work out. I was pretty disappointed with the customer service and their loyalty.
