I thought the whole process was super easy and simple. I had no trouble going through the website and I even personalized my own QR code before realizing it was already available. I'll definitely use this service again and recommend it to my coworkers.

It was super simple to order my custom business cards, but I had a really annoying problem with one of the text fields that kept disappearing in the preview. I wanted that text on my cards, but every time I looked at the preview before ordering, it was gone. I tried fixing it so many times, but it just wouldn't stay. Eventually, I had to remove it entirely to avoid having a blank spot on my cards. Dealing with that glitch was so frustrating, and I really hope they can get it sorted out for others ordering in the future.

I had such a hard time finding the instructions for designing on the website. It really shouldn't have taken me all day to figure it out. I was interested because of a promotion, but man, navigating that site was so frustrating.

I was so excited to see the banner I created for my little brother's graduation in a few weeks. It's gonna be awesome on May 29th! But man, resizing shapes was tough. I couldn't adjust them to the size I wanted. It would be great to have more options like fancy fonts, glowing words, putting pictures in shapes, and creating a cool Ombre effect with two colors. And why are there not more design choices when I'm creating my own stuff? Definitely needs more options. But overall, it turned out pretty good.

I hopped on the internet to print some things and it was really easy to find what I needed. Placing the order was a breeze, just like a walk in the park. The proofing process was fast, and I could actually see where they were going to cut it out. That's pretty awesome!

I really liked the sample kit you sent me! It was super helpful for me to figure out what I wanted to do with my project. The website was easy to use, but it would have been great to be able to see a bigger picture of my project before placing my order.
