I recently booked a flight through this company and man, let me tell ya, I was so let down by the service I got. The service fee kept changing every time I called, and it ended up being more and more each time. And to top it off, there were all these hidden charges that added up to hundreds of dollars, totally throwing off my budget. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking with them because the pricing was all over the place and not clear at all.

I ordered a Christmas present online, but then got a message a few days later saying that there were problems with the seller and they didn't have enough stock. It was annoying because I didn't know if the gift would show up in time for Christmas. The thought of maybe having to find a backup gift stressed me out. Finally, the item came right before Christmas, which was a huge relief, but I was still annoyed about the lack of updates and the delays.
