Damaged display case
I bought a display case as a gift, and when it arrived it was cracked. Even though it was past the return deadline, I reached out to customer service because I ordered it early during the pandemic. Doreen got back to me quickly and sent a new case right away to fix the issue. Thanks to Doreen, everything was sorted out without any hassle, and I'll definitely keep supporting this company.

Pink cashmere sweater
The pink cashmere sweater I bought here totally let me down. It shrunk like two sizes after the first wash and when I tried to return it, I got the worst customer service. I had to argue with the staff just to get them to take it back, and then they made me pay for the return shipping! It was such a hassle and definitely not worth it.

Ancillary seat refund not received
I'm still waiting on my refund for the two reserved seats. The flight got canceled, but it's been over 3 months and I still haven't received my money back. I'm pretty disappointed with how little help the agency has been.

New shoes and a backpack
The shipping was brutal, they said it would arrive between Dec. 21-25 but now it's delayed until the end of December! Luckily, this really nice lady named Heather from customer service came through for me and hooked me up with a gift card. So, I'm not as stressed about it anymore.

Stylish jacket made with wool and fully lined with attention to detail
I just got this really cool jacket from here and honestly, I'm pretty impressed. It's made really well, with nice wool on the outside and all lined up nicely inside. They paid attention to the little details, like piping, velvet collar, and pocket flaps. It looked exactly like in the picture and the description online. The service I got was quick and smooth, and I'm pretty happy with how everything turned out.

Airport shuttle booking
