It seemed like they were stalling on purpose so they could deny the return because they have this strict thirty-day rule that starts from when I ordered instead of when I got the shoes, which seems kind of sneaky and unfair to customers. Also, I noticed that the quality of the sandals has gone down, they look cheaper and not as strong as they used to be. When I found out that the company got bought by Draper James, it all made sense. It's sad to see a brand that used to be so good now giving such bad service and products.

I talked to FedEx and they said the package was lost, so I gave all the info to the company. Instead of admitting the problem and trying to fix it, they just ignored it and said tracking still showed "in progress." It's been weeks now and I'm still waiting for a solution. The lack of concern and communication is not okay.

The pink cashmere sweater I bought here totally let me down. It shrunk like two sizes after the first wash and when I tried to return it, I got the worst customer service. I had to argue with the staff just to get them to take it back, and then they made me pay for the return shipping! It was such a hassle and definitely not worth it.
