    Dress shrunk after washing

    I bought a dress from this company and I was so disappointed with how it turned out. I only wore it for an hour and washed it like the label said, but it shrunk down to a t-shirt size. I contacted the company, sent them a picture of the dress, hoping for a refund or exchange, but they said no. So now I have to deal with the hassle of taking legal action to sort this mess out.

    Recent clothing purchase

    I have to say, my experience with an online clothing company recently has been so disappointing. I saw their ads and thought it looked good, but it's been weeks and my order still hasn't shown up, and honestly, I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down. I thought it would be smooth sailing since they had a famous person promoting them, but now I feel like I'm stuck in a never-ending nightmare. I bought a top that cost almost $100, and it's been four days with no sign of it being shipped. Plus, they took the money out of my account right away, which just made me even more annoyed. I reached out to Customer Service twice by email, but I haven't heard anything back, and it's just making me feel ignored and forgotten. Their excuse about not having a phone number because of Covid sounds fishy to me, and it only makes me more disappointed. I have a family photo coming up soon, and now I have to scramble to find something else to wear at the mall because this company let me down big time. They took my money no problem, but couldn't deliver on what they promised.

    I was really upset with my experience at this store, eh. I ordered three dresses, but only got two of them. I waited two weeks with no word on the missing dress, so I sent an email. They told me to wait two days for a response, but ended up hearing nothing for a week, eh. When I got in touch again, they finally told me they were out of stock. Can you believe I had to wait over a month just to find out the dress wasn't even available anymore, eh? The way they handled things and the lack of taking responsibility is just not right. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure. I suggest you avoid them and shop somewhere else, you might even get better prices, eh!

    Jack Rogers sandals return experience

    I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got about trying to return my Jack Rogers sandals. The lack of communication and help just made the whole thing frustrating and not useful at all. The only way I could talk to someone was through email, but even then, the info they gave me was wrong which just made things more complicated and slow. It seemed like they were stalling on purpose so they could deny the return because they have this strict thirty-day rule that starts from when I ordered instead of when I got the shoes, which seems kind of sneaky and unfair to customers. Also, I noticed that the quality of the sandals has gone down, they look cheaper and not as strong as they used to be. When I found out that the company got bought by Draper James, it all made sense. It's sad to see a brand that used to be so good now giving such bad service and products.

    Negligent and slow shipping

    My experience with this company has been really bad. I bought a few things and right from the beginning, there were problems with shipping. They didn't send my order until I had to contact them two weeks later. When I finally got a generic email saying my order was shipped, FedEx lost the package. I talked to FedEx and they said the package was lost, so I gave all the info to the company. Instead of admitting the problem and trying to fix it, they just ignored it and said tracking still showed "in progress." It's been weeks now and I'm still waiting for a solution. The lack of concern and communication is not okay.

    Pink cashmere sweater

    The pink cashmere sweater I bought here totally let me down. It shrunk like two sizes after the first wash and when I tried to return it, I got the worst customer service. I had to argue with the staff just to get them to take it back, and then they made me pay for the return shipping! It was such a hassle and definitely not worth it.

    This company is a complete nightmare to deal with, eh? The customer service is terrible - no help at all when my package didn't show up, just told me to 'contact the post office'. I emailed multiple times and even tried asking for help on social media, but got no reply. It's obvious they don't give a hoot about their customers or their happiness. It's really too bad to see such a lack of accountability and responsibility from a company that's supposed to be reputable, eh? Save your loonies and shop somewhere else, that's my advice.

    So unfair, no return!

    I returned something I didn't want and now they won't refund my money! I did everything they asked for to send it back, but they're totally ignoring me. I even sent them emails and tried everything!
