I had a really frustrating situation with a travel booking company lately. I asked for a refund but they haven't given it to me yet, even though they said they would fix things. It's disappointing to see them more focused on hiding bad reviews than actually helping their customers and fixing problems quickly. In my book, being upfront and solving problems should be the main goals for any good company. Right now, I'm trying to get help from the authorities to make sure they treat customers fairly and take responsibility for their actions.
