This company has been causing me a lot of trouble. I'm still waiting to hear back about getting a refund for the ticket I bought for my mom in 2019. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare, and the manager I talked to didn't seem genuine at all. It's been more than a month now, and they still haven't heard back from the airline. I've told my friends and family to steer clear of booking anything through this website.
