Shipstation went ahead and took my money without even giving me the label I paid for. They didn't bother to provide any instructions on what to do next, so now I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down by their lack of customer service. Honestly, it feels like a scam and now I'm stuck trying to sort out this whole mess on my own.

I had a flight canceled back in March and I've been trying to get my money back from CheapOair ever since. I've reached out to them several times through different platforms but they haven't been very responsive. They still haven't refunded me the full amount for my tickets. Dealing with them has been super frustrating because it feels like they've just taken my money and ignored my issues.

Despite the really nice and helpful sales peeps, gotta be honest here - the stuff at this place ain't all that great quality-wise.
