Return process
I've been trying for ages to contact the return department, but all I get are useless emails repeating the same unhelpful stuff. Whenever I try calling customer service, nobody answers. And when I finally did get through, they just gave me a wrong number to call. It's so annoying and not cool at all that a company can be so careless with their customer service. And to top it all off, all I hear in the background is music playing.
Apparel
I bought some clothes from this company not too long ago and, to be honest, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. Their website tries to come across as all official and high-class, but that's not really the case at all. To top it off, they somehow managed to "lose" the store credit for the items I returned. And to make matters worse, you can't even log in and check how much credit you have left, which is beyond frustrating and just plain unprofessional. The prices are way too high, like they're trying to rip you off. All in all, this company just isn't worth the trouble or money.
Polo shirt purchase
So, here's the scoop. I bought a polo shirt online and oops, I messed up and got the wrong size for my grandson. I tried to fix it but dealing with the website was a pain. It was all automated, and whenever I reached out for help, I just got robot replies. Finally, I had to email them, and the response was not very cheerful to begin with. They told me I couldn't change the order, but I could return it and get a refund. When I tried doing that on the website, surprise, more robot issues. Back to emailing. After a bunch of back and forth, I ended up getting a gift card as a solution, after even getting some authorities involved. But honestly, by that point, I was so done with them. I'm not planning on buying from them again.
Unwanted spam mail
I've been getting these spam emails from some company I've never even heard of. They just keep on coming, no matter how many times I try to unsubscribe. The website looks sketchy and I have no clue how they even got my email. Dealing with this constant junk mail is really getting on my nerves.
Jacket purchase
I tried buying a jacket online and had some problems on the website. I used a discount code for new customers, but then another one popped up, maybe for a holiday sale. Even though my credit card was charged, a message showed up saying there was an issue with the transaction. I contacted customer service, and they told me I couldn't use both discount codes at once. They said they would refund the extra charges.
Khaki button-down shirt
I was really disappointed with the khaki button-down shirt I got from this company. The material was stiff and not comfy at all. It didn't fit me well - I'm 6 feet tall, 175 pounds, with a 32-inch waist, which I think is pretty average for guys. But the shirt was way too wide in the middle, making me look bad. It seemed like it was meant for someone much bigger than me. And the fabric quality didn't help - it was so stiff, it didn't shape to my body at all, and just looked bad. I felt like I wasted $170 trying to make it work. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, it's obvious they don't pay attention to detail or care about the quality of their products.
Black polo shirt
Hey there, so I bought this black polo shirt from this store, and it was a total disaster. I asked for it to arrive in two business days, but I didn't even get an email to confirm my order. I tried calling their customer service, but nobody picked up, and to add to that, their live chat wasn't even working. Where is my order, seriously? The lack of communication and customer service is driving me crazy. It's like they don't give a darn about their customers.
Christmas gift sweatshirt
I bought a sweatshirt for a Christmas gift not too long ago. Sadly, it fell apart at the shoulder seam after just one wear and a delicate wash. Worried about the quality, I reached out to customer service right away. They quickly sent me a return label, which was nice. But it's been a whole month now since I mailed the sweatshirt back, and they say they haven't gotten it. I've sent them photos as proof, but they won't do anything until they have the actual sweatshirt in hand. So frustrating! I even contacted the Better Business Bureau to try and sort this out.
Button-down shirt Labour Day discount
My experience with this company was just not good at all, eh. I ordered a button-down shirt on sale for Labour Day, but never got it even though I got an email saying it was coming. So, after waiting for two weeks, I tried to call customer service, but the number they gave me didn't work. When I emailed them, they said the shirt I wanted was out of stock, which was weird because it was still on their website, just not on sale anymore. And then, to top it all off, they didn't even post my negative review on their site. Not cool, not cool at all.
Cotton tees & sweatshirts
Just got some cotton tees & sweatshirts from this place. Really loving the quality and how they fit, great for summer and layering. The sales are awesome but the sizes sell out fast, so you gotta act quick if you have something particular in mind!
Las Vegas outlet
I discovered this brand when I visited the outlet in Las Vegas and I got hooked! Ordered some items from the UK through Borderfree without any problems. I really hope they start shipping to the UK soon!
Polo shirts order
I just ordered a couple of polo shirts online, but only got one in the mail. And to make matters worse, the sizes don't actually fit like they should, which is pretty frustrating. So, I think I'm gonna pass on buying anything else from that website in the future.
Nice shirts with sales
The service at this store is amazing, eh? The staff are always looking out for me, making sure I got everything I need and that I'm happy with what I buy. They're real good at helping me find the right sizes, colors, and styles that suit me. They got a great selection of shirts, and I snagged some really nice ones on sale. Prices can be a bit steep, but the quality is top-notch. All in all, it's been a really great shopping experience, eh?
Poor quality Long-Sleeve Linen Henley
I bought a Long-Sleeve Linen Henley, and it was the worst quality and fit ever. I tried to return it and dropped it off at UPS, but then I waited for 1.5 months with no refund or update. I emailed the company three times, but two emails didn't go through, and the third one took 4 days to get a response. In the end, I had to do a chargeback on my credit card because they weren't getting back to me. It was really disappointing.
Overpriced, mediocre quality
I'm really disappointed with the products and customer service at this store. The prices are way too high for the low quality stuff they sell, so shopping there is pretty disappointing overall. I gave back two items more than a month ago and still haven't gotten my money back. When I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all and didn't fix the problem. This kind of service is just not okay and makes the company look bad.
High-quality clothing
I just bought some really nice clothes from this store and I gotta say, I was seriously impressed with everything. They had a great selection and I found exactly what I wanted. The customer service was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful. One thing that really stood out to me was how well my stuff was packaged. Everything arrived in perfect shape, which shows they really care about their products and customers. I'm one happy customer and will definitely be back for more shopping in the future.
Shirt and tie
I recently bought a shirt and tie from this place, and even though the products are good quality, the customer service was really lacking. When I found out my order was going to the wrong address, I emailed them right away but got no response. I then called their 800 number but was put on hold for an hour listening to the same country music loop, so I gave up. When I tried contacting their main office, I had the same frustrating experience. On top of that, their online chat was offline at 3 pm, so I couldn't get help when I needed it. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable and doesn't look good for their reputation.
Women's cotton tee and sankaty tee
I really liked how the cotton tee fit, and the sankaty tee for women was great too, but I had some issues with them. The cotton tee kept getting these tiny holes on the front after just a few washes, even though I washed it carefully. I reached out to the company to ask for help, but all they said was to buy a new one. That didn't fix the problem at all. I gave it three tries and each time, holes appeared! As for the sankaty tee, I haven't been able to find it for about 2 years now. When I called to inquire, they didn't even know if it was still available or not. It was not very helpful and got me super frustrated.
Christmas gift return
In December 2023, me and my partner went to the Avalon/Alpharetta store to return a Christmas present. They gave us a gift card for the amount and then we decided to buy 2 more things. But we lost the gift card. We still had the receipts for the gift card and what we bought with it. We tried to ask the store and even the headquarters for help in getting a new card, but they were rude and didn't help at all. It's too bad that in this age of technology, the company couldn't find a better way to help us, especially since we had the receipts to prove everything.
Shorts and polo shirt
The store was a total mess, and the staff was not helpful at all. I couldn't find what I needed, and when I asked for help, they were rude. The whole vibe of the store was unfriendly and made me feel awkward while shopping there.
