Grandkids' clothing
I bought some stuff for my grandkids not too long ago and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how good everything was. The products were top-notch and the customer service was off the charts. When I got the stuff, I noticed one of the items might not fit right so I shot them an email. They hit me back real quick with a number to call. I talked to a real person on the phone who sorted everything out for me in no time at all, and didn't charge me extra for shipping or anything. The customer service was unreal and now this is gonna be my go-to place for buying stuff for my grandkids from now on.
On-The-Go Weekender Duffle
I bought the On-The-Go Weekender Duffle as a gift a couple of months back for $218. Sadly, the strap snapped after only two times using it. When I reached out to customer service for a new strap, they said they couldn't give me one because they were out of stock. But when I looked on their website, I saw that the duffle was still being sold. It was a letdown because I thought the company would have better quality and service.
Heritage Sweater
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I've always had good experiences whether I'm buying online or in-person. But, my last order for a Heritage sweater was not great. When I got the sweater, it had this really strong and unpleasant smell that made it impossible to wear. I tried to reach out to customer service by email, but I didn't hear back from them. I had to send the sweater back on my dime, and that was really annoying. Overall, I was let down by the lack of quality control and customer service in this case.
T-shirt purchase for a Christmas gift
I had such an awesome time dealing with the manager at the store in Las Vegas. I couldn't find this one t-shirt I wanted online, so I decided to give the store a ring. The manager, who was super helpful and knew her stuff, managed to find the exact shirt in my size for a Christmas present. It was so cool how she had the shirt in her hand while talking to me on the phone. She made the whole process of sending the shirt to Florida super smooth and easy, with great follow-through and customer service. It felt like a personal, face-to-face transaction in a digital world. Huge props to the manager for going above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift!
Overpriced low-quality clothing
Despite the really nice and helpful sales peeps, gotta be honest here - the stuff at this place ain't all that great quality-wise. The clothes are way too pricey and the last few things I bought didn't last at all. Pretty bummed out about it, used to be a regular but now I'm not sure if I wanna buy anything else.
Online returns
I headed over to the store in Nashville to bring back some things I bought online for Christmas. The folks working there, Jill & Josh, were really nice and helpful. They made me feel right at home and made the whole return process a breeze. I usually shop online and then return items in-store, but this was the first time I was actually excited to go back to a store. They were so friendly that I ended up shopping and buying more things. Other stores should definitely learn from them and make shopping a more enjoyable experience, just like they do. Thanks a lot Jill & Josh, you're awesome!
