My experience at this car rental company was a complete nightmare. The person at the counter not only made my employee buy their insurance but also added every insurance plan possible on top of that, saying it was all necessary because they don't take third party insurance. What they didn't realize was that it was his own insurance. It was obvious that this was a planned scheme to make more money from unsuspecting customers. To add to the frustration, I had two witnesses who confirmed the same thing, showing their shock at the blatant misuse of power and trust. It's not right for a company to exploit people like that.

What a complete joke this company are! Do not use them. First I had issues where they'd charged me for something I didn't want. Had weeks of emails (you can't call this company) and eventually managed to get a refund and they offered me ,6 months free membership and all course content. I have been working my way through the course and suddenly it won't let me continue. Been emailing for over a week asking for someone to sort it and not getting anywhere. Just avoid this company!
