Portable water filter

Gem-infused water bottle
I was pretty disappointed with the gem-infused water bottle I got from Gem Water. The gemstones weren't put in there very well and ended up coming loose after just a few times using it. Plus, the bottle's design wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. When I tried reaching out to their customer service for help, they took forever to get back to me and weren't all that helpful when they did. Eventually, I just decided to return the bottle for a refund, which was actually a pretty painless process. I wouldn't really suggest buying anything from Gem Water based on my experience.

I bought something on this website using Paypal not long ago. But, I had a problem because the shipping address that showed up wasn't where I wanted it to go. Luckily, the customer service person was really nice and helped me cancel my order right away. They even gave me clear directions on how to make sure the right address shows up next time I buy something. I'm grateful for their quick and useful help in fixing this problem.

I ordered some really cool stuff from that online store and I was super excited when it arrived! I was expecting it to come from the USA, but it ended up coming all the way from the UK, which was a bit unexpected. I had to pay an additional fee because my bank had to convert the US dollars to British pounds. It took about 10 days for everything to arrive, and they sent each item separately, which was a bit odd. The most annoying part was that I didn't receive any tracking emails until everything was already delivered. And to top it off, the chat feature on their website wasn't even working. But on the positive side, the delivery was quick, everything was packaged really well, and the prices were good.

Nutrition Course
What a complete joke this company are! Do not use them. First I had issues where they'd charged me for something I didn't want. Had weeks of emails (you can't call this company) and eventually managed to get a refund and they offered me ,6 months free membership and all course content. I have been working my way through the course and suddenly it won't let me continue. Been emailing for over a week asking for someone to sort it and not getting anywhere. Just avoid this company!
