Quick and easy car pick-up and drop-off at the airport
The staff at Thrifty were really nice and helpful, didn't try to sell me anything extra, the car was super clean and new, definitely worth the price. I would definitely recommend Thrifty to others.
Great after-hours service
I gotta say, the after-hours service at this rental company was top-notch. This employee really went out of her way to help me get back my tablet that I had left in the car. Even though she was off the clock, she made sure I got my device back, showing real dedication to making sure I was happy as a customer.
Car rental from a car rental company
Renting the car from this place was such a letdown. We had to wait for over an hour just to speak with the clerk, and then we were left waiting outside for another hour! The car they gave us had scratches on the outside and it smelled weird inside. And to top it off, they charged us $77 for just one toll road! It was frustrating and such a disappointment overall.
Affordable rental with efficient pick up and drop off processes.
I rented a car from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how cheap it was. Everything went smoothly with picking up and dropping off the car, making the whole experience pretty enjoyable. There was a little hiccup with my bill, but the customer service folks sorted it out swiftly and professionally. All in all, I was super happy with the service I received.
Rental purchase experience
My time at the car rental place was pretty good overall. I had to wait a bit at first to talk to someone, but I think it's because their prices are really good. Once I got help, the person was fast, friendly, and got things done quickly. They even upgraded my car for free when they found out it was my 50th birthday. It was a nice surprise that made my experience even more awesome.
Car rental experience
My experience renting a car was amazing. The staff was super nice and helpful. They made me feel like a valued customer the whole time. They went above and beyond to help me without even being asked. They even suggested I upgrade to a bigger car for my luggage, which was a solid idea. The car was clean, ran well, and had everything I needed for a comfy ride. The heated seats were a bonus on chilly days.
Super fast car rental
Oh my goodness, the car rental spot was so quick and efficient! They didn't even push extra stuff on us, which was great. The lady working at the counter was really nice and made sure we got going fast so we could start our vacation right away.
Rental return and wallet left behind
Oh my goodness, I can't believe it but I totally left my fancy wallet with all my important stuff in the rental car I returned! But you know what? The folks at the store really came through for me big time. The lady at the checkout was super nice, and the Director Of Airport Engagement (fancy title alert!) was probably the coolest guy I've ever met. Huge shoutout to the Operations Managers and all the workers who worked together to quickly get my wallet back to me. I was freaking out because I had to catch my flight, but they made sure I got there on time and I was so relieved. Seriously, these people are amazing!
Efficient and Friendly Service
My recent experience with the rental car company was amazing. The staff was super quick, friendly, and really paid attention to what I needed. They listened to me and got me the perfect vehicle for my trip. And when I had a problem with a nail in the tire, they quickly gave me a new car without any trouble. I was impressed by how easy it all was and felt well looked after the whole time I had the rental. I had a great time driving over 900 miles in a week on the big island of Hawaii, all thanks to their top-notch service.
Reservation disaster
I booked a car rental with this company and paid in advance, but when I got to the airport there were no cars available. The lack of communication and organization was really disappointing. They couldn't give me a refund right away and told me to call the next day. Trying to get someone to help me was a frustrating and time-consuming process. Even after being on the phone for over an hour, I couldn't solve the problem and had to call my credit card company to cancel the charge. My whole experience with this car rental company was a total disaster.
Renting SUV
Renting an SUV was awesome! The folks working there were really friendly and helpful. They gave us a fantastic rate and even upgraded us to an SUV that could fit all our gear. When we brought back the vehicle, the staff was really kind and assisted us with our bags since I have a disability. It was so thoughtful of them!
Car rental at Orlando MCO Terminal C
My time at this car rental was way better than expected. Coming in from the UK, I was pretty tired from the long flight, but the customer service guy, Nabil, was really awesome. He knew his stuff, got things done quickly, and had a super positive attitude. Not only did he tell us everything we needed to know, he also gave us a bigger car without us even needing to ask. It made a big difference in how comfy and easy our vacation was. Nabil's professionalism and kindness really made our trip special. I'd totally come back to this car rental next time I'm around.
My rental car for the weekend
So, eh, I rented a car for the weekend and it was amazing! The folks were really friendly and the car was in great condition. Didn't run into any issues at all, I'd definitely rent from there again. Wish I could remember the names of the people who assisted me so I could give them a shoutout, eh!
Excellent rental experience
I had a fantastic time renting a car from this place. Picking up and dropping off the car was fast and simple. The car was clean and good to go when I got there, and returning it was just as easy. I'm grateful that there were no sneaky charges or extra fees. All in all, renting the car was a breeze.
Hidden fees
I was pumped to rent a car from this place because I thought I found a sweet deal. But man, was I ever let down when I got there for pickup! The confirmation email said I only had to pay $225, but when I showed up, they told me it was nearly $500! Turns out, there were hidden fees that they never mentioned before. That lack of transparency really ticked me off and made me wonder if this company is shady.
Rental of Midsize SUV
The rental process went pretty smoothly until I got a bigger vehicle than I had booked. The inside of the SUV was comfy, but the car itself needed some work - the alignment and tire pressure weren't great. It seemed like the staff skipped over some important safety inspections for the vehicle.

Renting was super easy and no stress at all. The lady at the counter spoke great English, the car was even better than I thought, super clean and no problems at all. Returning it was just as simple and smooth.
Insurance scam
My experience at this car rental company was a complete nightmare. The person at the counter not only made my employee buy their insurance but also added every insurance plan possible on top of that, saying it was all necessary because they don't take third party insurance. What they didn't realize was that it was his own insurance. It was obvious that this was a planned scheme to make more money from unsuspecting customers. To add to the frustration, I had two witnesses who confirmed the same thing, showing their shock at the blatant misuse of power and trust. It's not right for a company to exploit people like that.
Easy and fast car collection
Oh my gosh, I couldn't believe how simple it was to get my car! I just did everything online and boom, I had my car in no time. And when I had to return it, it was super easy too. No long lineups or anything, just smooth sailing all the way. It was amazing!
Not the car I wanted
I was so disappointed because I didn't get the car I booked! They gave me some old car that was barely even moving. And to top it off, they charged me for fuel even though I filled up the tank before returning it. They also claimed I had an accident, but that car was so slow it couldn't keep up with a snail. Ugh, definitely the worst rental experience ever!
