Accounting and excel proficiency upgrade
The folks at CFI knew their stuff when it came to accounting and made complicated topics easy to understand. Getting ready for my accounting exams, their explanations really helped me out. I not only grasp the concepts better now, but I also feel more sure of myself participating in class discussions and helping out my classmates who are also studying for the exams. On top of that, the Excel course was amazing and I feel ready to tackle any tough spreadsheets and even help out with financial models at work. I can't wait to actually use all this knowledge and I'm thankful for the valuable skills I picked up at CFI.

Loyalty and disappointment
As someone who's been a loyal customer of this brand for years, I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by their customer service. I was told I'd get a store credit for a return, but then they went back on their promise, and that just makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business. It's kinda sad to see a brand I've been backing for so long not following through on what they said. From now on, I'll be extra careful when it comes to dealing with them, and I'll definitely think twice before buying anything from them again.
