The customer service took forever to get back to me by email. I had a problem with my order where the website messed up my address, and there was nothing I could do to fix it. To make things worse, the book showed up all beat up, and it ended up taking weeks to get a new one because of how long it took for them to respond.

I recently had to go through the whole process of trying to replace my camera cause it was acting up, and I gotta say, it's been a real pain in the butt. Even though I did everything they told me to do in the chat, I was told I still needed to book a call back to finish the order. I've asked for this call back four times in the last six days and still haven't heard anything. This lack of response just ain't right 'cause I can't even use the subscription I paid for without a working camera. Not knowing when this replacement is gonna happen is just plain annoying and disappointing. All in all, the customer service I received has been a huge letdown.
