I gotta say, the customer service rep I dealt with was amazing. He was super nice, patient, and really helpful the whole time. I had a bunch of questions about my trip and he answered them all clearly and patiently. At first, I was feeling pretty nervous and clueless about booking my trip, but he calmed me down and went over all the choices we made in a way that was easy to understand.
