I picked up this really cute leather purse from here that's great for holding all my things, and I also got a matching wallet and a customized keychain with my initials on it! The leather is really soft and feels nice, and the colors are so pretty. I love how everything looks so unique and stylish.

I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, one for my mom and one for my mother-in-law. The first one came on time, but the second one was a disaster. It arrived three days late and both bouquets were brown and looked dead. It really ruined what was supposed to be a special day. When I chatted with customer service, they first offered credit for future flowers, which I didn't want. After I told them how disappointed I was and that I wouldn't order from them again, they finally agreed to give me a refund. It was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

I uploaded some photos that other companies were okay with, but YAYIMAGES said they weren't good enough because of "Limited Commercial Value." And when I tried to close my account, they wouldn't give me the money I made. Just a heads up if you're thinking of working with them as a contributor.

So I got this fancy present from an old person at Christmas, but couldn't use it because of my skin issue. Tried to take it back to the store with the receipt, but they only gave me store credit instead of cash. Even after explaining, the manager said no to a refund. Ended up using the credit on a pricey candle I didn't even like. Super bummed about how inflexible and unsympathetic the staff was. Won't be going back there again, for sure.

They even said I could hook up a friend or family member with three free prints too. How cool is that!

I wanted to buy some stuff, but the shipping fees were more than $41! It's crazy! I usually only pay $9.90 for shipping from other American online stores, so I had to take everything out of my cart. EM Cosmetics, please reduce your shipping fees so I can actually buy from you. I guess I'll have to find makeup somewhere else for now.
