Printer purchase
I gotta tell ya, that printer I bought from this company was a real disaster. It kept jamming all the time, and the prints it made were pretty terrible. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times for help, but the people I talked to were no help at all and kinda rude. Plus, the price I paid for the printer was way too high considering how bad it was. And to top it off, the delivery took forever, and when it finally got to me, the packaging was a mess and the printer was damaged. All in all, I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.

Duplicate order cancellation request
I can't believe the awful customer service I got from this company. I accidentally ordered two of the same item and when I tried to cancel one, they made it seem like the hardest thing ever. It took 13 emails over 3 days just to sort out this simple request, and when they finally replied, the items I wanted were already out of stock. Their solution? Keep checking in to see if they're back in stock. Are you kidding me?! Now I'm stuck with only half my order and I have to spend more money on shipping when the matching pants are available again. It's just ridiculous!

Order Issue and Return Problems
Terrible customer service, eh? I bought a bunch of stuff and had problems with getting them delivered and then returning them. One of my orders has gone MIA and the other was messed up in the refund process. Now they're asking for weird proof like photos, which I've never had to do before in all my years of shopping online. Totally disappointed and feeling ripped off thanks to their screw-ups.
