Amazing Antarctica trip
My trip to Antarctica was absolutely incredible, eh! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The scientists on board were so enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge, it was truly inspiring. As a 70-year-old solo traveler, this was hands down the best experience of my life. I can't even begin to explain how amazing it was. I'd give it a perfect 10 out of 10 without even thinking twice. If you have a passion for Antarctica, you definitely need to go with this company. The kayaking and camping on the ice were absolutely breathtaking experiences, eh!

Shoe purchase dispute
I bought a bunch of shoes from this store recently, but ran into a problem with my order. Even though I sent back three pairs out of the four, I was only refunded for one pair. The customer service folks are saying they only got one pair in the box when I know for a fact that's not true. It's frustrating to see this lack of honesty and transparency in their refund process. Looks like this might not be a one-time thing based on what I've seen in the online reviews. I wish I had known about all this before making my purchase. Just a heads-up to anyone thinking of buying from this store, maybe take some extra caution and make sure to double-check your orders to avoid any mix-ups.

Zainab Ali is just amazing! She's so thoughtful and always pays attention to all the little details, which really makes me feel happy and well taken care of. Her communication skills are top-notch and she's always so quick to respond. Honestly, she's just the best!

Seat covers, mud flaps, and lift kit
Eh, this company is just not cool, ya know? It took forever to get my stuff, eh. I had to call and email like a million times just to talk to someone. Then they tell me my order was delayed 'cause of manufacturing issues. But then they sent it anyway? And surprise, surprise, the part didn't even work on my jeep, eh! Tried calling and emailing again, but no one ever answered me. Ugh, this company is the worst, eh!
