    Treadmill desk

    So I bought a treadmill desk from that fitness equipment company, and let me tell you, I was pretty let down by the whole experience. The desk showed up all banged up, and when I tried to get replacement parts, it was just one problem after another. I had to wait a whole 12 days for the new desk top, but when it finally arrived, guess what? Yup, it was damaged too and had to get sent back. And to top it off, the other replacement part never even got shipped out! Couldn't get any help or updates from customer service either, which was super frustrating. It's been over a month now since I placed my order, and all I've got is a half-built desk in my office. The lack of responsibility and understanding from the support team was really disappointing. With all the money I dropped on a top-notch product, I was expecting much better service.

    Treadmill/standing desk purchase

    I bought this treadmill/standing desk online, and they charged me right away, even though it wasn't in stock. When the package arrived, it only had the desk part, no legs or screws. Plus, I'm still waiting for the treadmill and have no idea when it'll get here. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but no luck. Not impressed!

    Broken treadmill warranty service

    I just had a huge problem with my treadmill - the motor electronics crapped out on me, causing it to break down. Even though the treadmill is only two years old, trying to get the parts for repairs has been a total nightmare. The company keeps changing their delivery estimates, which means I've been stuck with a broken treadmill for way longer than I should. It's so frustrating to see how unreliable they've been when it comes to their warranty and customer service.

    High-end treadmill key lost

    So, I bought a fancy treadmill a while ago and, of course, I managed to lose the key that makes it work during a move. I went to the website to order a replacement, but it was out of stock with no idea when it would be available again. I decided to call customer service for advice. The person I spoke to mentioned an internal rewire option, but didn't have many details or instructions. Two weeks passed and I was almost ready to give up on my $2500 investment. Then, a helpful neighbor suggested I try putting some insulated copper wire in the key slot and securing it with tape. It worked perfectly, and only took 10 minutes. Despite this simple solution, customer service still hasn't contacted me. Definitely a frustrating situation all around!

    Faulty treadmill purchase

    I bought a treadmill from this company and it was a total disaster. Started off fine, but after 6 months, it started acting up. It would randomly stop while I was using it, super frustrating and unsafe. Kept getting error messages, and eventually just wouldn't start at all after a few minutes. When I contacted customer service for help, they ignored me. Didn't pick up my calls, and the online chat was no help. Even with the extended warranty, they wouldn't offer any tech support. Disappointing to waste money on a useless product so quickly. Definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone.

    TR800 treadmill

    I bought a treadmill from this fitness company recently, thinking it would help me stay active while working at home. Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed with my experience using the TR800 model. After using it for a short time, I started having problems with errors that would suddenly stop the belt, which is unsafe. When I contacted customer support, I was told that my warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do to help me. They suggested it might be a lubrication problem and I tried following their instructions carefully, but the issue continued. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times, but my emails have been ignored and my tickets closed without any solution. Now I have an expensive piece of equipment that I can't use, and I'm frustrated with the poor customer service from this company. I would advise others to think twice before buying from them.
