Accidental $98 Purchase
I made a goof and bought $98 worth of stuff on this website by mistake. Sent an email asking to cancel, but they said no cancellations allowed. When I asked where it’s mentioned on their site, got no reply other than an automated email saying their inbox is jammed. Ended up reporting the purchase as fraud to get my cash back. Such a bad experience.

Late flower delivery
I totally agree with what people were saying about the service at this company. Last week, I ordered flowers for a birthday party, and I asked them to come on the 15th of February in the morning, before noon. But guess what? The flowers didn't come until late in the afternoon! And get this, the tracking said they might take days to arrive, can you believe that? How can they be so casual with something that can spoil so easily? It's just not right, it's not professional. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, it was so hard to get a refund. I definitely won't be using this company again, that's for sure.

Replacement pressure washer
So, I got myself a pressure washer but it wasn't working right. Luckily, the folks at the store helped me out real quick. They sent me a new one right away and made sure I was happy. Everything went really smoothly and it was such an easy process. The service was great and I'm really pleased with how everything turned out.

Recent Disappointments
I've been a loyal customer but now I feel completely disappointed. I've had two recent problems. First, I bought a shirt that was damaged. When I returned it to the store, they ordered me a new one but ended up charging me twice for it. It took two phone calls to get it sorted out and I'm still waiting to see if I'll get a refund. I'm also worried about how they got my credit card details. Secondly, I purchased black jeans that got streaky after washing. When I went back to return them, I was told that nothing could be done about it. This is not how you keep customers coming back.
