    Wedding outfit assistance

    I wasn't too sure about going back to this store after a not-so-great visit last time, but I'm really happy I did! The sales associate really went out of her way to help me find the perfect outfits for my niece's wedding and reception. She knew her stuff and was super helpful. Not only did she help me find the right sizes, but she also helped me choose accessories and shoes to go with the outfits. I really appreciate her top-notch service and how she paid attention to every little detail. Big props to her for going above and beyond with her customer service!

    Ordering online from this store has been a real pain for me. I really like their products, but trying to place an order on their website has been a nightmare. My last order got canceled three times, so I missed out on some big savings. Although I have a credit card with the store, which is great for the discounts, they often don't have the sizes I need in-store.     Oh, you wouldn't believe it! I was on the hunt for some new work clothes that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. I found some super cute and high-quality pieces in the clearance section that were just what I was looking for.     I recently signed up for a credit card at this store because they had good benefits they talked about. I got approved quickly, but things went downhill from there. They never sent me the card, so I had to go to the store for some help. The people there were nice and said they'd send a new card to me. When I finally got the card, it didn't have an expiry date, so I couldn't use it online. After trying many times to get a working card, I was told I couldn't even get the benefits they advertised. It was really frustrating, and I had to use my other credit card for my purchases. When I tried to close the card, they said it would close on its own in 5-8 months if I didn't use it, which was pretty inconvenient. The whole thing was a hassle, and I never got the benefits I was promised from their credit card.

    My recent shopping trips to the stores in Rochester, MN or Decorah, IA have been a bit of a letdown. Lately, it seems like the customer service has really gone downhill. When I walk in, no one even says hello. I overheard one employee complaining about a customer, which I thought was pretty unprofessional. I get that dealing with tough customers can be tough, but you gotta keep it professional. People should feel welcomed and appreciated when they come into a store, not ignored or hearing negative stuff.

It's totally not cool and their customer service was just awful. I was so pumped to get some fresh new clothes, but now I don't even feel like shopping there anymore. I really hope they get their act together with their online ordering soon.

    Overcharged online order

    I can't believe how incompetent and terrible the customer service is at this place. They charged me twice for my online order, and even though I showed them proof of the mistake, they haven't done anything to fix it. Trying to contact their customer service was a nightmare. I was on hold for over half an hour, left messages, and gave them my number for a call back, but I haven't heard anything back. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. And to top it off, I still haven't gotten my order because their delivery is so unreliable and delayed. I'm so frustrated and won't be shopping here ever again.

    Payment issue

    I had a really annoying experience with my payment at the store. I made the payment two days before it was due, but it didn't go through until 72 hours later. Because of that, I got hit with a late fee, even though I was sure I had paid on time. The fact that the store didn't bother to let me know about this problem was pretty disappointing, and it's making me think twice about shopping there again. It's frustrating to see how they can mess with a customer's credit score without even talking to them or fixing the issue.

    So like, I'm a newbie shopper at this online store, right? And let me tell ya, I was totally let down by how shady they were about what was actually in stock. I thought I was getting a sweet deal on some sale sweaters, so I tossed in a pair of jeans into my cart too. But guess what? There was no heads up during checkout that the jeans were MIA or backordered. I only found out after I hit that purchase button and then checked my order status. Turns out, those jeans had a big fat zero next to 'em. Not cool, man. Not cool at all.

    I cleared my balance with Maurices a couple of months ago, but for some reason, they misplaced my payment and ended up billing me for an additional two months, plus late and interest charges. Dealing with their incompetence and refusal to take responsibility was beyond frustrating and maddening. I won't be relying on their payment system ever again.

    I ordered some shirts online and never got a confirmation email. When I tried checking the status of my order using the order number on my account, I kept getting an error. Customer service took forever to get back to me and when they finally did, they weren't able to help with my problem. It's probably easier to just shop in-person at the store.

    Recent clothing purchase

    I used to be a loyal customer of this company and absolutely loved their clothing, eh. But lately, I've noticed a big drop in the quality of their products. Not only are their prices through the roof, but the clothes themselves feel cheap and fall apart after only a few wears. Every top I've bought ends up covered in pills after just one wash. It's really disappointing to see a brand I once loved putting profits before quality, you know?
