UFC fighter Dan Hooker cameo
I just tried to buy a shoutout from UFC fighter Dan Hooker, but it ended up being a big letdown. I paid for the shoutout, eagerly waited, and then got my money back a few days later with a note to try again. It was really annoying and disappointing. If a company can't even handle a simple request like this, I'm not interested in giving them another shot. It's just a waste of my time and patience. Bottom line, I was really unhappy with my experience on this platform and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

App functionality
The app has a lot of potential but it's annoying to use in some important ways. First off, when you're looking for a file, you have to give the exact info or the search engine won't help you out. It won't give you any suggestions or other options, so the search ends up taking forever. Also, those pop-up bubbles that ask if you want to save something disappear way too fast, so you end up missing chances to keep your data safe. On top of that, sometimes Keeper doesn't link to the sites I need, even though I've already saved the login info. It's confusing and makes things more complicated than they need to be, so the whole experience isn't so great. Plus, you need to really learn how to use the software to get the hang of it, which might put off new users from using all its cool features.

I really like how simple it is to print labels and drop off packages at convenient spots. But honestly, why do they take away your nice badge if you don't make enough sales? It's kinda silly and just makes selling more difficult, which doesn't really make sense.

Faulty wetsuit return process
I bought a wetsuit from the store and it turned out to be faulty. But the problem was, there was no way for me to return it easily because there was no collection service near me. I got in touch with Hurley's customer service team, and they sent me a returns form. But it's been over a month since I sent it back and I still haven't heard back from them. I've followed up several times, but all they keep saying is to use the returns portal, which I can't even access. On top of that, they mentioned that if they do send the wetsuit back to me, I'll have to repost it at my own cost of £25 each time. Dealing with all of this has been really frustrating, and I'm pretty disappointed with the way Hurley has handled this whole situation. It's really disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially as I've been a loyal customer for a while. I first brought this up in October, and there's still no solution in sight. I'm now out of over £200 because of their lack of communication and care. It's a shame that their great products aren't matched with great customer service. Unfortunately, I can't give them more than one star.

As a customer of the company, I was initially drawn in by the offer of a free bottle of the product. However, I ran into some issues with the subscription service pretty quickly. I didn't realize that I had to cancel in order to avoid getting charged multiple times without my permission. Even though I tried to cancel the subscription, I still got sent another bottle and now I'm worried about getting charged again. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing, especially since the product didn't even give me the results it promised. I'm going to send back the bottle and I really hope to get my money back quickly. Overall, I consider this situation totally unacceptable and now I have a pretty negative view of the company's practices.
