    Faulty wetsuit return process

    I bought a wetsuit from the store and it turned out to be faulty. But the problem was, there was no way for me to return it easily because there was no collection service near me. I got in touch with Hurley's customer service team, and they sent me a returns form. But it's been over a month since I sent it back and I still haven't heard back from them. I've followed up several times, but all they keep saying is to use the returns portal, which I can't even access. On top of that, they mentioned that if they do send the wetsuit back to me, I'll have to repost it at my own cost of £25 each time. Dealing with all of this has been really frustrating, and I'm pretty disappointed with the way Hurley has handled this whole situation. It's really disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially as I've been a loyal customer for a while. I first brought this up in October, and there's still no solution in sight. I'm now out of over £200 because of their lack of communication and care. It's a shame that their great products aren't matched with great customer service. Unfortunately, I can't give them more than one star.

    Recent clothing purchase

    I used to be a loyal customer of this company and absolutely loved their clothing, eh. But lately, I've noticed a big drop in the quality of their products. Not only are their prices through the roof, but the clothes themselves feel cheap and fall apart after only a few wears. Every top I've bought ends up covered in pills after just one wash. It's really disappointing to see a brand I once loved putting profits before quality, you know?

    Free bottle of product

    As a customer of the company, I was initially drawn in by the offer of a free bottle of the product. However, I ran into some issues with the subscription service pretty quickly. I didn't realize that I had to cancel in order to avoid getting charged multiple times without my permission. Even though I tried to cancel the subscription, I still got sent another bottle and now I'm worried about getting charged again. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing, especially since the product didn't even give me the results it promised. I'm going to send back the bottle and I really hope to get my money back quickly. Overall, I consider this situation totally unacceptable and now I have a pretty negative view of the company's practices.
