I gotta say, I've never seen such terrible customer service in all my years. Spent close to 500 bucks on an order for my son's birthday and it hasn't shown up yet. I've messaged them over 15 times and called a bunch, but no one's getting back to me. Can't believe it! My poor kid didn't have any gifts on his big day, and now I'm broke 'cause all my cash is stuck in that missing order. I used to be a regular customer, but now I feel let down for sure. Why's it so tough for them to just answer a simple question?
