    Christmas gift mishap

    I ordered a Christmas present for my nephew from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The package ended up at the wrong place and no one even let me know. Now I've been charged for something I never got. To make matters worse, when I tried to get in touch with the company, the phone number they gave me was totally useless. This whole online shopping fiasco has been beyond frustrating, so I highly recommend steering clear of this company.

    I've been using the great free online courses they offer on this platform lately. The courses are really well-made, and there's a lot of good information to learn. The questions they ask along the way also help me understand things better. But I've seen some courses from random places that aren't as good, so I think Future Learn should make sure they only feature courses from well-known universities to keep up the quality.

    Incorrect colour received

    My recent experience with this online store was a real letdown. I ordered a Gold item, but when my package arrived, I was totally surprised to see a Pink one instead. I quickly reached out to customer service, sending them photos of the wrong color item and a copy of my Gold order. Despite all the evidence, they insisted they'd sent the right item, even claiming the manufacturer said Pink was somehow Gold. This complete lack of care for customers and truth is just not ok. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to resolve the problem. I definitely don't recommend this online store - steer clear, folks!

    Fridge for my RV

    So hey, I got a fridge for my RV, but it totally crapped out on me after only a week. I tried to get it fixed, but the company was all like, "Not our problem, buddy." Can you believe it? I used up all my allowance on that thing! Don't even waste your time trying to get a refund or swap it out, they'll just give you the runaround. It's so annoying!

    Light strip replacement

    So I picked up these really neat lights, but then one of them decided to pack it in on me. I've been dealing with Customer Experience for what feels like ages now. It all started on Jan 1 when my light strip just stopped working and went full throttle with this ultra bright white light. I got in touch with them and they made me jump through all these troubleshooting hoops, none of which did anything. And now to top it all off, it won't even connect anymore. It's driving me nuts how long it takes them to reply to my emails, like seriously, 4-7 days! And today they even closed my case because it took me 2 days to send the busted part back to them. I mean, come on, I still don't have a replacement yet? I'm so lost.
