Compression socks for boyfriend
Oh my goodness, please do not buy from these guys. They claim to have options for larger individuals, but they completely disappointed us. We bought some light compression socks for my ex-football player boyfriend, and they were a complete joke. I mean, he's a tall guy with big calves and feet, but those socks didn't even reach halfway up his leg. It's like they assume all larger individuals are actually slim mannequins or something. It's a total rip off. Save your money and shop elsewhere, believe me.
Unfulfilled order and payment issue
I had a really bad experience with my order from this company. I ordered online but never got it. I tried contacting customer service multiple times but couldn't get any help to fix the problem. Their website also had issues, so I couldn't pay for my order, which was really annoying. I asked for the affidavit needed for a refund, but never got it. Now they want me to pay $200 for something I never got. The company's lack of communication and effort to resolve the issue has left me very unhappy with the whole thing.
Bad exchange experience
I got some clothes from my friend, but they didn't fit properly. When I tried to exchange them, it was such a hassle. You can't just trade them for something else, you have to purchase a completely new item and then return the original stuff. That's not really an exchange, is it? Plus, you can't even get a gift card for the refund, it goes back to the person who initially bought it. So, if you're not happy with your purchase, you're out of luck! It's so annoying!
