OMG, I ordered a gift with engraving and it turned out amazing! I placed my order at 2pm and by 3pm, I was able to pick it up already with the engraving done. I can't believe how fast and efficient they were. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. The customer service was great too, they were so helpful and friendly!

The website for booking is just not working. I don't know if this is on purpose, but it's been like this for so long. The staff either doesn't know or doesn't want to know. It's causing us to miss out on a bunch of bookings.

I decided to grab some tickets for this Mozart concert using this website, and let me tell you, it went really smooth. When I got to the Musikverein Venue in Vienna, the concert itself blew me away. The musicians were crazy talented, and I was especially stoked to hear some flute concertos since I play the flute myself. The flutist killed it, and my seats had an awesome view with perfect sound. I also had a knee injury, but the staff were really helpful and guided me to the elevator, showing they really care about their customers. All in all, I had an amazing time and would totally recommend this platform for booking events.

I recently bought this expensive blanket, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The design and colors are nice, but the quality is horrible. After only a couple of days, it started shedding everywhere and threads were coming loose all over the place. The weave is so loose and delicate that you start to question why they charge so much for it. Alpaca blankets aren't supposed to shed like this, so they either don't know what they're doing or they're trying to pull a fast one. What's even more frustrating is that when I tried to leave a review on their website, the feedback section seemed to be conveniently disabled. Very suspicious if you ask me. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from them again.
