I recently bought a puzzle from this company, and let me tell you, I was pretty impressed with the quality. The design was so cool and the pieces fit together just right, which made putting it together super fun. I really liked that they work with artists to make these puzzles, so each one is like a piece of art. And the packaging was top-notch too, with a strong box and a beautiful art print inside.

The customer service team was awesome, eh? They were so efficient and helpful when it came to fixing my issue. I didn't have to bug them too often, but every time I did, they got back to me right away, were super friendly, and gave me all the info I needed to sort things out myself. It was a really nice change to see how focused they were on finding solutions. Compared to other customer service teams I've dealt with over the years, this one is definitely in a league of its own.

Just a heads up to anyone thinking about getting water jugs and filters from this company - don't bother. I bought two jugs with filters, one Epic and one Nano, and both were no good. They did send me new filters, but surprise, those were no good either! All four filters were messed up, which really makes me wonder about this company's quality control. How can I rely on a company that can't even make their products work properly?

I recently bought some clothes online and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the quality. The design looked okay in the pictures, but the actual clothes were not great. The material felt cheap and the stitching was sloppy, making me worry about how long they would last. And when I asked for a refund because of the poor quality, they told me I had to pay to ship the items back to China, even though their site said they would cover the cost. That inconsistency and extra expense left me feeling pretty unhappy with my whole customer experience.

We bought 20 watches from them in bulk and boy, was it a disaster. More than half of them came back within a year because of problems. We tried to show the company proof with videos and reports, but they took forever to help us out. And when they finally did, they said the warranty was up. Dealing with this company has been a real pain, so we suggest everyone steer clear to save themselves the trouble of losing money and customers.
