When I reached out to customer service, they told me that since it's been over 90 days since I bought it, I'll have to get a new one. As someone who's bought lots of Craftsman tools from you guys, I'm pretty upset at the lack of help from RONA. Your website was no help at all in finding a dealer for warranty repairs, which just made me even more frustrated and disappointed with the whole situation.
