Subscription experience
I found the subscription process kind of tricky and not what I expected. When I signed up, they only told me about the monthly fee, but then I got charged for a whole year without much warning. Trying to get a refund was a pain and didn't really satisfy me. It was really disappointing and seemed like they weren't being upfront about the fees for the subscription.

Customer service was absolutely amazing, eh? The service rep was so attentive and helpful. She really went the extra mile to make sure all my concerns were addressed, and even passed on my suggestions to the product team. I was seriously impressed with how much care and attention I received. It's so nice to see a company that really values their customers. Keep up the great work, eh!

My new headphones
Eh bud, just scored these sweet new headphones from this place and let me tell ya, the website is so rough. Couldn't even check on my order 'cause every time I logged in, it booted me out! Like, what's that all aboot? Gave clearing my cache and switchin' browsers a go, but it kept happenin'. So irritating, eh! C'mon now, figure it out, website peeps!

Sound system with defective batteries
I bought a sound system from this company back in 2019 and they threw in an extra battery for free. I hardly even used my sound system, but now that spare battery is acting up and won't charge. And guess what? It's past the warranty period so they want me to fork out for a new one, even though I never got to use it! Not impressed with their customer service or battery quality at all.

Recent ring purchase
I recently bought a gorgeous ring from this company and I gotta say, I am so impressed. The ring's quality totally blew me away and it's even more beautiful in real life than it looked online. The workmanship is top-notch, you can tell a lot of care went into making this ring. The customer service was outstanding, especially during this busy season. I asked for a specific stone that wasn't on their website, and they really went all out to make it happen for me. They were friendly, helpful, and just a joy to deal with. I'm already excited for my next buy from them!
