Suspended account after entry
I went into the venue, got my ticket scanned and all that, but then when I tried to find my seat, my account got suspended out of the blue for "suspicious activities". I was stuck inside not knowing where to go for the ABBA Voyage on the 8th or BAO on the 11th. It was so frustrating not being able to see my ticket and I felt totally lost.
Great show, missed the support act start
The show was amazing, but it was kind of frustrating that they didn't give us enough info about when Olly Murs was starting. It would've been nice to know exactly when he was coming on so we wouldn't have missed any of it.
Electronic ticket purchase
The process of buying tickets was really easy thanks to the electronic system that allowed me to save my tickets on my phone. But when I got to the venue, one of the security staff was rude to the O2 Priority customers, which was not cool. It felt like we were being treated as if we were animals, being herded into the queue like that. But despite that, the Gary Numan show was amazing, as it always is. You can tell that Gary really loves what he does, and his fans really enjoy his performances.
Girls Aloud Concert Tickets
The Girls Aloud concert was amazing from beginning to end. The performance by Girls Aloud and their dance crew was absolutely fantastic. The vibe on stage was so positive, and the set and outfits made the show even more exciting. The tributes to Sarah were heartfelt and struck a perfect balance of celebrating her work and remembering her. The moments when the girls sang with recordings of Sarah were really touching and emotional.
Typing mistake
I tell ya, I messed up typing in my email while trying to get my tickets, and boy was I frustrated. But you know what? The customer service rep, Cathy, she came through for me. She managed to find my tickets even with the wrong email I gave her. She was really helpful, and I was grateful for her getting everything sorted out in no time. It was a bit of a stress at the beginning, but thanks to Cathy, it all worked out in the end.
Tickets for a concert
My buddies and I went to that concert last night, and it was, like, totally lame. The place was so small, we were packed in there like sardines. The drinks were ridiculously pricey, I could’ve had a whole meal for the cost of one drink! The security was all over us as well. The singer’s voice sounded strange with all the echo, and they rambled on too much. The opening act was the only enjoyable part, we were relieved to leave. And then they were directing us on the street, like what’s that all about, eh?

Booking the tickets was super easy, the venue was a piece of cake to find, and the staff there were so nice and helpful. Michael McIntyre was incredible - I was laughing my head off the whole time! He's seriously one of the best comedians I've ever seen perform live. I'm definitely going to buy tickets for his next tour. Oh, and Jake Stanford, the opening act, was also really good!

I booked the wrong concert venue!
Hey, I made a mistake and booked tickets for James Blunt in Manchester instead of Leeds. I contacted the ticket service right away, and they were super helpful. They're giving me a refund which I should receive in a couple of days. The service was really great!

The service we got was top-notch - they kept us in the loop about the event and made it a breeze to snag tickets. And let's talk about Lucy Saggna, the opening act - she was unreal! Then James Blunt comes out and he just killed it with his tunes and jokes. Honestly, the whole night was a blast.
Ticket sale experience
I sold some tickets on this platform not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was really let down by the payment process. I sold those tickets back in early May and was told I'd get my postage costs back. But guess what? I had to wait for weeks for that money to show up in my account. And on top of that, it took another 5-7 days for it to actually hit my account. I mean, come on! In this day and age, when we can do lightning-fast bank transfers, this kind of delay is just not cool.

My time at the event was absolutely amazing! The staff and performer went above and beyond, definitely deserving a perfect ten stars. However, buying tickets through this platform was a bit of a letdown. Firstly, there was no heads up about the lack of accessibility for the Meet & Greet, which made it tough for many fans to see the performer. This resulted in my elderly mom experiencing chronic pain because of the accessibility issues. Also, getting constant spam notifications about downloading my tickets, even after I had already done it, was just plain annoying and unnecessary.

Amazing show, epic spectacle
The show I went to was so great! The performers were amazing and the whole production was just perfect. I usually go to see indie bands, but this was a nice change. The venue was perfect for the event and really added to the vibe. I would totally recommend checking out a show at this place.
Gift card issue
I ran into a problem trying to use a gift card on my order. It wasn't working and was about to expire. I really wanted to use it to help pay for my tickets. But, the Customer Service Agent I chatted with was super helpful. They were friendly and got the issue sorted out quickly. I was so relieved and thankful that they made sure I could use the gift card before it expired.
