I'm really happy with the service I got when I lost my tickets. The customer service team was quick, nice, and super helpful. It was my first time using the platform, so I was really relieved to get such great help. I contacted them for help after losing my tickets, and I was surprised by how fast they got back to me. Not only did they help me get my tickets in the app, but they also sent them to me by email and gave me a screenshot for easy access. Huge thanks to Franco for the amazing service!
