Electric bike purchase
I bought an electric bike not too long ago and it's been a real letdown. The quality of the product is just terrible, with so many design issues that have caused a bunch of problems in just two months. Dealing with customer service has been a headache too - they take forever to respond and can't seem to figure out the problems. On top of that, the service department has been doing things illegally and giving us invoices that don't match what we agreed on. Shipping has been a mess too, making the whole situation even more frustrating. We haven't had any privacy and the company isn't taking any responsibility for their mistakes. Basically, we feel ripped off and let down by this whole experience.
