Versatile washable rugs
I really love these washable rugs! I've been a customer for years and started buying them when I had to replace a rug that my old dog ruined. Being able to just throw them in the wash and dry them easily is so handy. Right now, I have 10 of these rugs and two more on the way. They're tough, look great, and simple to take care of, making them a great pick for any home.

Sale items, wrong size
I had such a good experience with the customer service team when I accidentally ordered the wrong size for two items on sale. Even though sale items are usually final sale, the team managed to stop the shipment and get the right sizes sent out. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and how helpful they were, especially because I was worried about being stuck with items that didn't fit. Big thanks to Kateryna for all her help!

Self-tanning mousse
This tanning mousse is amazing! I put it on and bam, instant tan. It smells so good and doesn't make me look like an orange. I feel like a bronzed goddess every time I use it. It's the best thing ever!

Anti-snoring mouth guard
This anti-snoring mouth guard has made a huge difference for me and my husband. It's really helped with his snoring, and I'm sleeping a lot better now too. Expired serum purchase
I recently bought a serum from Unineed, but gotta say, the whole thing didn't go as smoothly as I expected. First off, I didn't get any order confirmation or shipping updates, so I had no clue where my order was at. And when the package finally showed up, turns out the serum was expired even though I paid a pretty penny for it. On top of that, when I tried to contact customer service for help, I got no response, which just made me even more ticked off.

Hair mask, color-treated hair
I thought I'd give the hair mask for color-treated hair a shot since my friend raved about it. I was really looking forward to seeing if it could bring my damaged hair back to life. When I got the product, the packaging looked really nice and fancy, making me think it would work wonders. But after using it for a while, I didn't really see much change in my hair. It didn't give me the moisture or color protection I needed, so I was kind of let down. All in all, the product didn't quite live up to my expectations.
