I bought a suit, shirt, and bow for a wedding more than a month ago. I've shopped there before, so they already had my measurements. But now my order is on hold with no explanation, and I don't know if I'll get the suit in time for the wedding. It's frustrating and disappointing that they're not keeping me in the loop.
