Transcript software for business
I recently bought this awesome transcription software for my meditation coaching business and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer! I use it to record and transcribe conversations from both Zoom and face-to-face meetings, and it's been incredibly useful. The ability to go back and edit the transcription and even match it to different voices is a feature I'm really impressed by. It has definitely exceeded my expectations and is hands down the best transcription software I've ever used. Having clean and readable text to share with clients is super important for my business, and this software has made that whole process a lot easier.

Who needs a phone call when Brittany is there to help you through email? It was a bit slow for my liking, but she did get the job done. I reckon they should step it up and include a phone number option too, especially for us loyal subscribers eh.

Transcription tool review
The transcription tool I used helped me get a first draft of my transcripts, but the quality wasn't great. I had to do a lot of manual corrections, which kind of defeated the purpose of using the tool in the first place. The editing part was easy to use until it started moving the text around to match the audio, making it hard to make changes. The speaker recognition wasn't reliable, so I couldn't trust the accuracy of the transcriptions. The summaries didn't help much and sometimes got the conversation totally wrong, which could cause big problems if you relied on them. Overall, the tool wasn't super useful and didn't live up to my expectations.

I recorded a coaching session with someone I'm assisting using Otter. When I uploaded the session, I realized there were more questions I could have asked but didn't. This helps me understand what to focus on for next time. It's really important for me because I'm still learning and working towards my ICF certification.
