ComplaintsThe transcription tool I used helped me get a first draft of my transcripts, but the quality wasn't great. I had to do a lot of manual corrections, which kind of defeated the purpose of using the tool in the first place. The editing part was easy to use until it started moving the text around to match the audio, making it hard to make changes. The speaker recognition wasn't reliable, so I couldn't trust the accuracy of the transcriptions. The summaries didn't help much and sometimes got the conversation totally wrong, which could cause big problems if you relied on them. Overall, the tool wasn't super useful and didn't live up to my expectations.
