Limited Edition Sneakers
The limited edition sneakers I ordered were only available at this store in Canada or online. However, there were some shipping problems when they sent the product to me in the States. It caused a delay in getting my purchase. Luckily, their Customer Service was really helpful and always there to assist. It was a bit tricky to reach them by phone, but their email responses were quick and useful. I never thought about asking for a refund because the customer service team kept me informed and involved during the whole process. For their next release, Size should definitely plan better for international shipping to make sure their customers are satisfied.
Online order tracking and customer service
I had a really great experience with a customer service rep not too long ago. Her name was Megan, and she was super helpful when I needed help tracking my online order. Megan was really professional, polite, and knew her stuff the whole time we were talking. She found my package quickly and kept me updated just a few days after I got in touch with customer service. She even reached out to make sure I got my shoes, which I thought was really nice. Megan's awesome customer service made my shopping experience really positive.
First-time order, shoes, quick delivery, good quality
My first time ordering from this website was actually pretty good. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I still went for it and got myself some new shoes. I ordered them on a Monday and they arrived just two days later, even though I don't live close to Toronto. The tracking updates were spot on, which made me feel even better about the whole thing. The shoes I got were nice and just like they were described online. I'm happy with my purchase and would totally buy from this website again someday.
Efficient and timely delivery
I just bought something from Size? and it was actually a really great experience. At first, I had a problem with paying by credit card on their site, but when I contacted their customer service they were super helpful and made it all easy for me. I placed my order on a Friday night and they said it would take 10-15 days to arrive. But I got it on Monday morning, just three days later! I was really impressed with how quick and professional Size? was.
Shoes delivery issue
Even after showing Size? a photo of my order delivered to the wrong place, they wouldn't admit the mistake. I was so let down by their lack of accountability and customer service. Dealing with it was so frustrating, and not getting any fix or compensation for their error was the worst. I thought Size? would have better service since they're a known company.
Order not processed
I bought some new shoes on February 10th, but it's taking so long and they haven't even sent them out yet. I phoned the shop in Toronto and the person working there told me that they haven't even started preparing my order! They suggested that I contact customer service to get a refund, but no one ever picks up the phone when I call. It's really annoying!

I was a bit unsure about buying it after seeing some bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a shot because the prices were pretty good. And guess what? My order got to me in just two days, and everything was just like they said it would be. I was really happy with how good the stuff was for the price. I'll for sure be buying from them again next time.

I bought some new running shoes from this store and the customer service was top-notch. Hana, the rep, knew her stuff and was super helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and made sure I had all the info I needed. Plus, she made sure my shoes arrived on time and in perfect shape. I really liked the great service and I'll definitely shop here again.

The customer service at this company is top-notch! The staff really know their stuff when it comes to the products and were super eager to assist me in finding the perfect pair of sneakers. You could tell they take pride in what they do and truly care about making customers happy. I was really impressed by how professional and friendly the whole team was.

Yeah, so I picked up these awesome sneakers and they're seriously amazing! They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. Wore them to school today and got tons of compliments from my friends. XL Nike t-shirt purchase
I just bought a size XL Nike t-shirt from that company, but I was let down by the service I got. They said they shipped my order, but only part of it showed up. And to make matters worse, the package that did come had the wrong item altogether - I got a belly button t-shirt with an Air Jordan logo on it. It was so annoying and I'm really not happy with how things went down.
Sneakers ordered on March 10th
I ordered a pair of sneakers back on March 10th, and as of today, March 27th, I still haven't gotten any updates on my order. I've even sent six emails but haven't heard back from customer service at all. I must say, this kind of customer service is really disappointing, and all I really want at this point is my money back. This whole ordeal has definitely left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with this company.
Last-minute purchase
So I was just scrolling through my feed, you know, and I spotted these really awesome shoes in an ad. I was like, "I totally need those shoes", so I clicked on the link in a hurry and made the purchase. But let me tell you, the excitement didn't stick around for long. When the shoes finally showed up, they were way too narrow and smaller than what I was expecting. I typically wear a size 9 in sneakers, so this time I went for a 9.5 just to play it safe, but they still didn't fit. To top it off, can't even return or exchange them because, supposedly, they're final sale. Like, seriously, what's the deal with that? How am I supposed to figure out if something fits if I can't even try it on first? It's really frustrating, eh!

I'm really disappointed with the customer service at this store. It feels like they don't even care about us anymore. I tried contacting them by email and phone for weeks, but didn't hear anything back. Plus, my order took forever to ship, if it even shipped at all. The only thing I could rely on was eventually getting my order cancelled and refunded after waiting for weeks, with still no explanation. This store was great before, but lately it's gone downhill. It's really too bad.
