Even after showing Size? a photo of my order delivered to the wrong place, they wouldn't admit the mistake. I was so let down by their lack of accountability and customer service. Dealing with it was so frustrating, and not getting any fix or compensation for their error was the worst. I thought Size? would have better service since they're a known company.

I bought some new shoes on February 10th, but it's taking so long and they haven't even sent them out yet. I phoned the shop in Toronto and the person working there told me that they haven't even started preparing my order! They suggested that I contact customer service to get a refund, but no one ever picks up the phone when I call. It's really annoying!

I just bought a size XL Nike t-shirt from that company, but I was let down by the service I got. They said they shipped my order, but only part of it showed up. And to make matters worse, the package that did come had the wrong item altogether - I got a belly button t-shirt with an Air Jordan logo on it. It was so annoying and I'm really not happy with how things went down.

I ordered a pair of sneakers back on March 10th, and as of today, March 27th, I still haven't gotten any updates on my order. I've even sent six emails but haven't heard back from customer service at all. I must say, this kind of customer service is really disappointing, and all I really want at this point is my money back. This whole ordeal has definitely left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with this company.

So I was just scrolling through my feed, you know, and I spotted these really awesome shoes in an ad. I was like, "I totally need those shoes", so I clicked on the link in a hurry and made the purchase. But let me tell you, the excitement didn't stick around for long. When the shoes finally showed up, they were way too narrow and smaller than what I was expecting. I typically wear a size 9 in sneakers, so this time I went for a 9.5 just to play it safe, but they still didn't fit. To top it off, can't even return or exchange them because, supposedly, they're final sale. Like, seriously, what's the deal with that? How am I supposed to figure out if something fits if I can't even try it on first? It's really frustrating, eh!

I'm really disappointed with the customer service at this store. It feels like they don't even care about us anymore. I tried contacting them by email and phone for weeks, but didn't hear anything back. Plus, my order took forever to ship, if it even shipped at all. The only thing I could rely on was eventually getting my order cancelled and refunded after waiting for weeks, with still no explanation. This store was great before, but lately it's gone downhill. It's really too bad.

I bought some new running shoes from this store and the customer service was top-notch. Hana, the rep, knew her stuff and was super helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and made sure I had all the info I needed. Plus, she made sure my shoes arrived on time and in perfect shape. I really liked the great service and I'll definitely shop here again.

For their next release, Size should definitely plan better for international shipping to make sure their customers are satisfied.
