Hey, so I bought some size 10 shoes from this store not too long ago, and they just didn't fit me right, you know? I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times through email and phone calls, but it's been over a month now and still no response. It's super frustrating and kinda disappointing that they're not taking care of their customers like they should be.

They wouldn't give me a refund or send me a replacement, even though it's their legal duty. I don't understand why they're even employed and paid if they can't offer good service. Just awful.
