    Gift redemption issue

    I got a learning platform gift not too long ago and was super pumped to dive in. But turns out, it just didn't jive with me. I didn't even crack open one lecture before deciding to call it quits on the gift. To my dismay, I was shut down when I asked for a refund because the gift had already been "redeemed." It's pretty annoying that this policy locks customers in, forcing them to keep something they're not feeling anymore.

    2 bras, fit issue

    I bought two bras from this company not too long ago. The first one fit like a dream, but the second one was way too small.
