They said they would send me the parts and I even gave them my shipping info a month ago, but I still haven't gotten anything. When I asked about it, they straight up ignored me. I've tried to contact them again to remind them, but they haven't replied. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, they never answer customer questions and don't seem to stand by their warranty. There are other breast pump brands that provide way better service.
