I've tried to contact them again to remind them, but they haven't replied. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, they never answer customer questions and don't seem to stand by their warranty. There are other breast pump brands that provide way better service.

I definitely wouldn't recommend their service. I ordered a pump and waited 2.5 weeks for it to arrive, but it never showed up. Every time I tried to track my order using the order number, it kept showing an error. So, I decided to send them an email and that's when I found out they hadn't even shipped the pump. Apparently, they said my address wasn't included in their shipping area, even though their website says they ship to Australia. I live in a major city in Queensland, so that excuse just doesn't add up. It's really disappointing that they didn't let me know about this shipping restriction from the start, instead of making me wait for weeks only to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order.
Broken product
I just bought something online and it took forever to arrive, like 2.5 weeks! Finally, when it showed up, it was broken. To top it off, I can't find any replacement parts nearby, and if I order them online, I'll have to wait another 2.5 weeks. What a total letdown.
