CommunicationI've been dealing with a headache trying to get replacement parts for my broken breast pump for over a year now. The customer service from this company is just awful. They said they would send me the parts and I even gave them my shipping info a month ago, but I still haven't gotten anything. When I asked about it, they straight up ignored me. I've tried to contact them again to remind them, but they haven't replied. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, they never answer customer questions and don't seem to stand by their warranty. There are other breast pump brands that provide way better service.
