I’m keeping it — it does the job most days — but there are annoyances. I use the pump while making breakfast and when I’m squeezing in work calls, so convenience matters and it delivers on that. It sometimes doesn’t fully empty a breast, though, so I have to hand-express or do another short session, which is annoying. Customer support was slow and the replacement-parts situation was messy — I accidentally ordered Pro parts and going back-and-forth to get a partial refund wasn’t worth it. The nursing bra I got runs small and is thin, not very supportive. Still, for daily use it’s overall pretty good.

I just had to do a return with this company, and I gotta say, it was way easier than I expected. Other places I've dealt with in the past have made it super complicated, but not these guys. The customer service was awesome and really made the whole thing a piece of cake. I'll for sure be buying from them again down the road.
