First Halara purchase - baggy pants, cute romper
My first time ordering from Halara didn't go too well. The shipping took forever, got delayed by a few weeks, which was super annoying. And when my stuff finally got here, the pants didn't fit right - they were way too baggy around the crotch and legs, looking more like leggings than jeans. The romper I got was cute, but the fabric was too thick for a summer outfit.

I recently bought some clothes online from this store, but I ran into a big problem with my order. At first, they gave me a fake tracking number for a delivery service that didn't even exist. When I told the customer service team about it, they gave me a new tracking number, but it was in a language I couldn't understand. This whole lack of honesty and confusion made me really frustrated and let down. Eventually, I had to talk to my credit card company to sort things out. Looking back, I should have checked the reviews of this website before buying anything. Dealing with this kind of dishonesty is just not something I can deal with.

I was so disappointed with the customer service from this company. When I tried to talk to a manager, the first person I spoke to just hung up on me, which was so unprofessional and rude. And the whole ordering process was so confusing and sneaky. At first, it looked like the contacts were a good deal, but then they hit me with hidden processing fees when I got to the shipping part. They didn't tell me about those fees on the order summary page or when I was entering my credit card info, so I felt like they were being shady. Overall, my experience with this company was really disappointing and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

This company is just awful to deal with, man. The customer service is so rude, the prices are way too high, and they don't give a damn about you or your mail. Ever since I started using their service, it's been one headache after another. They don't even try to fix any problems, all they care about is taking your money. I'm never using them again, no way.
