I recently bought a duvet cover and I have to say, the customer service I got was amazing. I had a question about my order and reached out to them. Apart from the excellent service, their selection of linen products is absolutely beautiful. They have so many colors and patterns to choose from, it's hard to pick just one thing. I'm already thinking about my next purchase from this brand because of the amazing choices they have.

I recently bought 2 couch covers and 6 custom sham covers from this company. The quality of the fabric is top-notch and the prices are really good. We've been washing them in sanitize mode with high temperature and spin, and the fabric has held up great. It's even softer and more comfy with each wash. Plus, the colors haven't faded at all, which is super impressive.
I did have a bit of trouble with the sham covers being too tight, but their customer service was awesome in helping me find a solution and ordering a new design that fits perfectly. I totally recommend this company, and I wish I had bought my linen sheets from them too. I just got myself a charcoal gray linen duvet cover, fitted sheet, and 2 pillow cases. The quality of the stuff is really good, and the service was great too. The only problem was that the gray on the duvet cover didn't quite match the pillow cases and sheet. But the customer service team handled it well, sending me a new duvet cover right away. Turns out they changed things up to make the linen even better, hence the color difference. I was happy with how they dealt with it and would totally buy from them again.
