Pit Viper sunglasses
I've had my eye on Pit Viper sunglasses for a while now, but they were a bit pricey for me. When I saw they were on sale for the pair I wanted, I went ahead and bought them. Gotta say, these shades are top-notch quality and even better than I expected. They seem really sturdy, which is perfect for all the adventures I've got planned. Despite some worries from reading reviews, my experience with Pit Viper has been pretty good. Shipping did take a bit longer than I thought, but it wasn't a huge deal. I placed my order on November 16th and got it here in the Netherlands on December 14th. Customer service communication was good, though it was a bit tough to reach them by email. Using the 'contact us' page on their website was the key to getting any questions answered. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend Pit Viper to others who don't mind waiting for their delivery.
Recent sunglass purchases
I recently picked up two pairs of sunglasses - one for regular use and the other specifically for when I'm out tearing up the trails on my mountain bike. I've got to say, the lenses on both pairs are top-notch, giving me clear vision and shielding my eyes from those harsh sun rays. What really sets these shades apart for me are the cool hinges that lock into place when I open them, making sure they stay put just where I want them. And as someone with a big noggin, I'm grateful for the bendy stems that let me wear them comfortably without squeezing my head too tight. But let me tell you, the mountain biking shades are a total game-changer. I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to share my amazing experience ordering from the Canadian site. I placed my order on December 13 and they promised delivery within 5 days. After seeing some negative reviews, I contacted customer service 30 hours later when I didn't get a confirmation. At first, the response seemed automated, but when I reached out on the website, I got a quick and personalized reply. They gave me a Canada Post tracking number and my order arrived today as promised. The packaging was good and I got exactly what I ordered. Overall, I would give this company a solid 5-star review for their excellent customer service and on-time delivery.
Christmas presents - T-shirt and sunglasses
I just bought a T-shirt and a pair of sunglasses for my son as Christmas gifts. I'm up here in Canada, so I made sure to order early to make sure they'd get here on time for the holidays. Unfortunately, the package went missing during delivery, but I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently the company responded. Pit Viper sent out a new shipment right away, and to my surprise, the items made it to Canada in less than a week. We didn't get them in time for Christmas, but I was happy with how Pit Viper stepped up and took care of everything. All in all, I was satisfied with the service and how they handled the whole situation.
Quality sunglasses, slow shipping
The sunglasses I bought are top-notch quality and super comfy. They're really well-made and look pretty stylish too. But man, the shipping took forever! It took a whole 5 weeks for my shades to show up, eh? That's way too long, especially since I'm in Canada, eh? You guys gotta speed up the shipping to make customers happier, for sure.
Sunglasses
I just bought a new pair of sunglasses from this store, eh, and had a little problem with the tracking number they gave me. So I contacted customer service, and what do you know, a real person got back to me super quick, eh? They fixed the issue right away, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how helpful they were. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had shopping online, for sure.
PVs purchase
So, I took a bit of a chance and splurged on some PVs, even with all the negative reviews floating around. They were definitely pricier than I would have liked, and I wouldn't exactly call them the most stylish glasses out there, but I guess that's the look nowadays. The emails they sent were a bit strange and maybe crossed the line a little, but hey, my teenage son really digs them, so I'll count that as a win. Surprisingly, they actually arrived much earlier than expected, thanks to DHL and Hermes (who aren't always reliable, but they came through this time).
Recent sunglasses purchase
My new sunglasses are really something else, I'm telling you. I've been putting them through the ringer - doing all sorts of crazy stuff like stunts and jumps - and they're holding up like champs. But yeah, I did have a little mishap and messed up one of the earpieces. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they sent me replacement parts though. And let me tell you, that lifetime warranty is a real game-changer. All in all, I've got nothing but good things to say about the quality and toughness of these sunglasses.
Shades
Oh man, I was totally stressing when I ordered these awesome sunglasses online last week but didn't get a tracking number. I thought for sure it was a scam. But after I emailed and messaged them on their site, they reassured me and sent my shades in record time so I could have them for Christmas. They even threw in an extra pair for my bro! I just got them today and I am over the moon. Seriously, don't worry about those scammers - these guys are the real deal and you can reach out to them in multiple ways.
Express delivery disappointment
I recently bought something online, thinking I would get it in time for Christmas with express shipping. But it didn't show up when it was supposed to, and I tried emailing customer service a bunch of times with no reply. This lack of communication and not making the promised delivery time has really let me down and cost me money. Now I have to complain to the right people to sort this out.
