When I saw that my question was pretty simple and could be answered through email, things went smoothly and quickly. The lawyers I spoke with, especially Rebecca O’Connor, David Buono, and Jason Hanna, were all super helpful and knew their stuff.

The sunglasses I bought are top-notch quality and super comfy. They're really well-made and look pretty stylish too. But man, the shipping took forever! It took a whole 5 weeks for my shades to show up, eh? That's way too long, especially since I'm in Canada, eh? You guys gotta speed up the shipping to make customers happier, for sure.

What a joke, eh? The owner said I'd get a free pair of boots, but I still haven't got them! Why bother making promises if you're not gonna follow through? It's so frustrating and totally not cool, ya know?

My experience with customer support has been pretty disappointing. They say they offer 24/7 live chat help, but in reality, it seems like they're not always there and only respond through email. When I placed my third order, I had an issue where my card was charged, the order was marked as finished, but I didn't get the key for my purchase. They just told me to contact support without much information. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on and not getting help right away.

I am so happy with the cooler and insulated cups I got from RTIC. They are really good quality and can handle being outside. My drinks stay cold in the cooler for a long time, even when it's hot out, and the cups keep my drinks at the right temperature. I definitely suggest RTIC products to anyone looking for good outdoor gear that won't break the bank.
