I recently bought 72 lids from the website, and I gotta say, I was pretty stoked at how fast they arrived - only took 4 days! The service from the company was amazing, and the packaging was top quality. Overall, it was a really awesome experience, and I'll for sure be ordering from them again.
Online order trouble
I've been trying to put in an online order for a whole week now, but I keep running into problem after problem. Every time I think it's fixed, I come back the next day and it's the same issue all over again. So frustrating! I finally got fed up and decided to call customer service for help. I tried everything they suggested, and even followed the advice from their IT department - restarting my modem, laptop, deleting cookies & data, switching browsers, not using promo codes, and separating my order from the personalized kids water bottle. But no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get past that last step to finish my order.
Repeatedly ordered 100 pieces
Let me tell ya, I've ordered 100 pieces a bunch of times, and you know what? I never got the whole order! Every time, I'm missing a few pieces, and when I tried to get help, they just wouldn't own up to their mistake. So frustrating, I tell ya.
White coolers from liquidators
Eh, so I got these coolers from a store that was clearing out some extra stock. They ended up sending me the wrong color, and when I tried to get it fixed, they didn't help at all. It's pretty disappointing. I even left a negative review over it. Oh well, I can still find the right color for a better deal elsewhere. Not impressed, eh.
